Wasteman

2025, 1h 30min, Crime, Drama, Thriller

Taylor has spent more than a decade in a British prison, cutting hair and cooking stew to keep his head down while numbing himself with drugs. Branded a wasteman by guards, other inmates and his own family, he finally sees a way out when early release and a chance to meet the teenage son he barely knows come into view. That fragile hope is shaken by Dee, a charismatic but volatile new cellmate who wants control of the wing and its drug trade. Their cramped shared cell, watched by other prisoners on buzzing phones, becomes a tense battleground of loyalty, fear and survival.
