Top Gun: Maverick

After decades in the cockpit, Navy pilot Maverick has carved out a life as a fearless test flyer, still pushing experimental jets to their limits. When he is ordered back to the Top Gun program, he must train a handpicked squad of hotshot graduates for a risky mission that few pilots are expected to survive. Among them is Rooster, the son of Maverick's late friend Goose, stirring unresolved guilt and tension as they learn to trust each other. The film blends nerve rattling dogfights, sweeping aerial photography, and grounded humor with a surprisingly emotional story about mentorship, sacrifice, and facing the past.
