The House

In a changing old house, three different residents face their fears and obsessions. A poor family moves into a grand new home offered by a strange benefactor. Years later, a nervous developer turns the decaying building into a luxury project that starts to slip out of his control. In another time, a tired landlady tries to keep her odd tenants and a shifting world from washing away the place she depends on. Told with detailed stop motion animation, the film mixes dark humor, eerie moments and a bittersweet, dreamy tone.
