The Goat Life

It follows Najeeb, a simple migrant worker who leaves his wife, mother and unborn child in Kerala to earn money in Saudi Arabia. Expecting a steady job, he is instead pushed into harsh, unpaid labor on a lonely goat farm deep in the desert, watched by a cruel boss and surrounded only by animals. With no shared language, almost no water and endless sand, his days blur into a battle against hunger, exhaustion and fear. The film stays close to his thoughts and faith as he clings to memories of home, turning a true story of exploitation into a slow, intense survival drama about dignity and hope.
