A socially awkward music store employee finally sees a chance at love when he finds the strange One Wish Willow, a toy that promises to grant a single desire. When he uses it to win his longtime friend’s heart, their friendship turns into an intense romance that soon feels wrong. Her affection grows into unsettling dependence, jealous outbursts, and eerie, unblinking attention that follow him everywhere. The story leans into slow-burn dread and emotional tension, mixing awkward humor with creeping horror as a simple wish exposes how control, loneliness, and fantasy can twist love into something dangerous.
