A Different Man

Edward is a struggling New York actor whose face is marked by neurofibromatosis, leaving him stuck in corporate training videos and a shabby apartment. When his neighbor Ingrid, a playwright, starts writing a play inspired by his life, he seizes the chance to change everything with a radical experimental procedure that transforms his appearance. At first his new face seems to open doors, but it also erases the identity he thought he wanted to escape, pulling him into a darkly funny, uneasy story about self‑image, desire, and what it means to be seen.
